A man came up to me and said,
"I'd like to write some code,
Which greps through all the access logs,
Increasing the system load."
He looked at me, I looked at the code
He'd written in GNU cc,
And these are the words that I said to him,
As I looked at his binary trees:
There's only one language I know how to code well,
And I've often been told that you only should code
What you know how to code well
And that's in Perl,
Not C or sed,
I don't like Awk,
And so I'm having a wonderful time while I'm sitting here
