Have you ever found yourself wasting time by playing some patently ridiculous game? Well here is another one to try out. It is called Ed, and, as the name might suggest, it allows you to play with Ed. The rules are quite simple but the strategy is fiendishly complex...

1. Everyone begins with 3 Nokes
2. Whenever you think of the number of Nokes you have you will subtract one Noke from your total number of Nokes. You then enter a grace period.
3. On reaching zero Nokes you obtain an amount of Nokes equal to the next number you think of.

Misc. Points

The game is quite easy to play. Some people initially struggle to work out when they are and aren't in grace. However experienced players soon learn to judge this more accurately. It is possible to enter sub-nokesian by thinking of a negative number during rule 3. Finally in Hungarian Rules during an amnesty period you may hand in all your Nokes to a registered Doctor, you may also trade Nokes under the same ruleset.
